• STAN THE VAN is taller than a typical vehicle. Please be mindful of low clearances and avoid parking garages, drive-throughs, automatic car washes, and other structures with limited overhead clearance. When in doubt, don't risk it!
• No smoking in the van, and please keep campfire smoke outside whenever possible.
• Please remove excessively dirty or muddy shoes before entering and help keep the van tidy during your trip.
• Please obey posted speed limits and all local driving laws. For comfort, safety, and fuel efficiency, STAN THE VAN is happiest cruising at 70–75 MPH or below (where local speed limits permit).
• Please avoid extended idling when possible. Turning the van off while parked helps reduce fuel consumption, emissions, and unnecessary engine wear.
• STAN THE VAN is equipped with GPS safety and vehicle monitoring to help protect guests, the vehicle, and others on the road. The goal is to encourage safe and responsible travel—not to penalize honest mistakes.
