Communication. Jeff was flexible, very communicative & responsive to questions. He did a great job preparing us with a complete and thorough walk-through, making us feel confident and comfortable operating the RV.
Vehicle Condition. The van was comfortable, included all amenities needed, well-equipped, and spotless. It drove like a dream, was easy to drive, and provided everything we needed, making it ideal for our trip.
