Easy to drive, great gas mileage. Harbor is an excellently designed, well-stocked Ram ProMaster van. It is easy to drive, handles well, gets good gas mileage, and fits standard parking lots. Features include a comfortable bed (potentially small for two), ample storage, off-grid power, and a portable toilet.
