Good responsiveness, poor upfront clarity. Hosts are often responsive and provide helpful videos. However, one renter faced significant communication gaps, unexpected costs (water, late pickup, no airport transfer), and undisclosed missing amenities (electricity, kitchenware, bedding), leading to frustration.
Easy to drive, clean, reliable. The RV is generally clean, easy to drive, and in good condition, suitable for trips. It is dog-friendly with a comfortable pop-up top. However, some experienced lack of coach AC, no microwave, limited electricity/kitchenware/bedding, and noted minor design quirks.
