2010 Mercedes Sprinter Camper Van named Edwina

Instead of a propane tank or a loud generator, Edwina makes electricity 3 ways: solar panels on the roof, big bank of batteries, and an inverter. This provides power for inside lighting, fans, USB ports, and the fridge/freezer. The batteries store enough electricity to cook at least 8-10 meals for a pair of adventurers before needing to recharge by sun, driving, or plugging into an off-shore outlet.

Edwina has a composting toilet, sink, and hot shower for rinsing off and cleaning up. There is a 40-gallon freshwater tank and an easy automatic draining system accessible without ever stepping foot near a dump station. No mess, no stress.

One roof fan and foam insulation keep the van cool in the summer and a diesel cabin heater keeps the van warm for 4 season camping. There is a full set of insulated window shades for stealth camping and privacy.

Sleeping area includes a queen-sized bed perfect for one or two adults.

There is a storage space beneath the bed perfect for storing inflatable paddle boards, snowboards, suitcases, or extra snacks.
