Used a few times. Still in great condition! Awning is 6.5 feet wide. Sells brand new for $330. Detachable awning room sells for $340. A great camp set up. We used this for a few trips as our tent. The room is detachable from the awning. The awning can be used with our without the room. Will not separate.
