Attentive, with strong focus on preparations. Cole and Marie/Maria are consistently praised as 'awesome' and 'great hosts' for their preparations, fully stocked rentals, and overall support. However, one renter experienced a last-minute vehicle switch with an unprepared replacement and a pending refund.
Drives well on varying terrain. The Nissan Xterra is well-maintained, capable of 4WD mountain climbing and comfortable highway speeds. It is fully stocked with camping gear, and the pop-up tent is comfortable for two. One switched vehicle, however, had ants, empty first aid, no washer fluid, and dirty/missing gear.
