Welcome to a spacious haven, comfortably sleeping four in two queen-sized beds, graced with luxurious 6" memory foam mattresses. Fresh fitted sheets await, underscoring our commitment to providing a carefree experience. . We can add a Luno mattress system to create another sleeping area in the front cab area. This is an inflatable mattress system, so families with 3or 4kids can easily make this size of van work. We can also add a sleeping hammock in the 2nd row which works well for small children, so you can therefore sleep 2 kids on the upper bunk, 1 up front in the cab area (Luno) plus 1 small child in the sleeping hammock. Large families can easily make this work!

Easy to drive, good mileage. Guests report the van is easy to drive, comfortable, and gets good diesel mileage. It features comfortable beds and a functional heater. However, some noted limited internal space for luggage/gear and issues with a leaking sink and freezing fridge.

If the confirmed campervan booking is cancelled within 30 Days of pick up the renter will forfeit the deposit. If the confirmed campervan booking is cancelled within 20 Days of pick up, or there is a no show, we will charge the full balance for the rental. If the Confirmed booking has any trip insurance, delivery, pickup, or one way fees the renter is responsible for any non-refundable fees associated with the trip insurance, delivery, pickup, or one way service. There will also be a $25 processing fee to cover the time required to cancel travel arrangements made. If the confirmed campervan is involved in an accident or mechanical failure by a previous renter and we are unable to provide you with a replacement before your rental then we will return the entire portion of your fee. We will make every attempt possible to provide you alternative accommodations. Please also consult our terms on the website for the most up to date information. The website supercedes any terms listed here.

Customer Rental Terms Applicable to all rentals:
All Customers agree to all terms and conditions listed on our website at [URL removed]. Our website contains our full list of terms and conditions that should be reviewed before rental.
Agree to sign all documents provided to me before the pickup of the rental. Any false statements or acts shall be a violation of our rental terms and can result in the immediate termination of the rental.
No smoking is allowed inside or within 20 feet of our vans.
Driving is only allowed on dirt roads open to passenger cars.
If you breakdown or damage the van while on a dirt road the renter is responsible for paying for all damage and fees. Any van driven on dirt roads must be returned clean or the renter will be subject to an additional fee. The renter is also responsible for any recovery fees when a van is driven on a dirt road. Driving through any forms of mud is prohibited.
I declare to return all add-ons in the condition received and pay any damages.
I declare to return all screens as received and agree to the replacement cost of $150.
Pets are only allowed in the vans if a pet fee has been paid. If pet hair is found a fee of $500.
Any windshield chips or cracks that spreads within 72 hours of return are subject to a fee of $550.
Any windshield chips not filled by the customer will be billed out at a cost of $80 each.
I agree to cover all damage that is not previously recorded on the damage photos taken by Wandervans.
Any vehicle rented under this agreement may only be driven by authorized drivers.
All campervans include 125 miles/day. Additional miles $0.35/mile.
Vans must be returned with the same fuel level at departure. Fuel will be billed at 1.5x cost.
Travel to the Burning Man Festival or driving on any salt flat is not permitted unless approved. Unapproved travel can result in a fine of $1500 and a cleaning fee of $500.
Insurance and Illegal Acts.
If I have not purchased insurance with Wandervans then I agree to allow Wandervans LLC to contact my insurance company to verify information and allow Wandervans to be added as a covered party to my insurance. In the event of an accident or damage to the van I agree that my insurance unless insurance has been purchased shall cover all expenses, physical damage, and loss of income, if those expenses are not covered then I will be personally responsible to compensate Wandervans for any and all damage. I understand that I will cover all legal fees associated any damage. I agree that if the vehicle is detained for illegal use that I will be responsible for any charges incurred in restoring the vehicle, and any loss of income incurred by the Wandervans. I declare that the information in this proposal is to the best of my knowledge and belief correct and complete in every detail and that no information has been withheld which might influence the acceptance of this proposal which with this declaration shall form the basis of the contract of insurance. If I have agreed to purchase insurance through Wandervans than I agree to all insurance terms listed on the insurance providers website at Outdoorsy.com. Furthermore I understand that the insurance purchased from Wandervans has a deductible of $1500. If I have not purchased insurance with Wandervans I agree to cover any deductibles required by my insurance.
General Liability Statement
a.) I hereby acknowledge that during the rental agreement I shall be liable for the vehicle and accept full responsibility. b.) I hereby agree to rent the above van on the terms & conditions set out herein & in original invoice and confirm that if payment hereunder is to be made by credit or charge card my signature below shall constitute authority to debit my nominated credit or charge card company with the total due amount plus any administration charges, extensions or additional charges resulting from this rental. I will be liable for all legal fees to recover costs. c.) I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue Wandervans LLC and its owners, shareholders, employees, agents, insurers (collectively "Releasees") from any and all liability to myself and my personal representatives, heirs, or assigns for any injury, loss, damage, claim or demand related to my use of any equipment and vans made available for rental by Wandervans LLC. The Released claims include, but are not limited to, any type of loss, damage, claim or demand for Personal Injury, Property Damage, death, or other losses arising out of or relating to my van rental and equipment provided from Wandervans LLC. I agree to release and waive the Released Claims even if caused by the Releasees' negligence and cover all legal fees. d.) I hereby acknowledge that if I put the wrong fuel into the van I will be subject to a fee of $13,000.00. e.) I agree to defend and indemnify the Releasees from any and all claims, lawsuits, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs asserted against the Releasees, or that the Releasees may incur arising out of or related to my rental of equipment and vans from Wandervans LLC, whether caused by me, the negligence of the Releasees, or otherwise. f.) By accepting these terms, I intend that the Releasees are to be held harmless for any injury or damages caused by ANY negligent OR willful conduct. I assume full risk and responsibility for ANY bodily injury, property damage, and debt arising out of or relating to my rental of equipment and vans from Wandervans LLC. I agree to pay the retail price for any Wandervans LLC product that is damaged, lost, or stolen while in my possession or care. I agree that attorney fees and legal costs shall be awarded to Releasees if any such fees and costs are incurred arising out of this Release.
