Go off-grid for days with the lithium battery, generator, solar panels, and plenty of fresh water, plus a rather large indoor shower and actual real flush toilet (no yucky cassette toilet waste to deal with!). The van has 4 seatbelts, a queen bed, and sleeping space for a third person on a custom air mattress in the front cab. The full blackout shades and bug screens are easy to use throughout. This rig has it all for a long road trip or a relaxing campsite chill.

Kitchen includes toaster, Keurig with cups, and all manner of pots, plates, cups, utensils, and more, all cleaned fresh for each rental. We include binoculars and games for more family fun!

Host rules
• Absolutely no smoking in the van.
• When backing, have someone as a spotter to watch for obstructions.
• Van is 10.5-feet tall, so NO DRIVE THRU’s, be careful in tight spaces.
• Well-behaved dogs are welcome, and please keep the RV clean.
• Festivals are welcome but please be safe and kind to the RV.
• No Burning Man or similar unsafe, messy events are allowed.
• No heavy off-roading allowed; you will be charged for all damage.
• Light off-road with the AWD is OK on safe gravel and dirt roads.
• Be mindful of clearance and equipment under the van.
• Be careful deploying the bug screens and do not pull too hard.
• No odorous cooking inside (fish, spicy, etc.); please be courteous.
• Renters are expected to top off the fuel tank upon return.
• You do not have to replace propane or empty the black/gray tanks.
• All provided gear must be returned and please tidy up the RV.
• You are 100% responsible 24/7 for keeping the RV secure at all times and parked or used in a safe location during your rental period.
• Keep the Yakima cargo box locked/secured when not in use.
• Outdoor easy-to-use camp stove provided; please return it clean.
• All renters agree to become familiar with and abide by the rules and procedures within the Renters Handbook provided by the host at the Key Exchange; failure to follow the Handbook may result in damage and extra charges.
