All drivers must be able to present an original driver’s license at the time of pick-up. There is no charge for additional drivers, but they must meet the age requirement and be listed on the rental agreement in order to drive the rental vehicle.
The consumption of alcohol, marijuana, or other intoxicants while operating the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle and tent.
PERMITTED TRAVEL
Travel on all public roads within the State of Alaskais permitted, this includes the Dalton Highway, Denali Highway, Edgerton Highway, and Hatcher Pass road.
driving is prohibited on off-road trails or closed roads. These trails are often defined as "Jeep trails" or "ATV trails". Activities such as mudding and rock crawling are prohibited. Please contact us with any specific questions regarding this.
It is expected that you will verify road conditions, Alaska roads can get nasty!
Renters should use their best judgement and only travel when you are comfortable in your abilities to handle the driving conditions presented. Road conditions and closures should be monitored in advance of travel. The best source information regarding road conditions is Alaska 511.
