What’s Included:
Preparation Fee ($150): Ensures Pathfinder is ready and pristine for your trip. This includes a full water tank, complete propane refill, thorough sanitization, clean cookware and utensils, fresh linens and bedding, towels, toilet supplies, and gloves for waste tank management.

Entertainment Gear: Enjoy two camping chairs, a deck of cards, family-friendly Cards Against Humanity, a camp-themed travel board game, Bluetooth speakers for music, and a selection of books for your reading pleasure. We've also included classic games like Jenga and Monopoly for additional fun during your adventure.

Safety and Comfort: The van is equipped for your security and ease. It features a dual-filter water filtration system for consistently clean, drinkable water and privacy window covers for all windows, excluding the skybunk and roof window. For your peace of mind, the van includes a standard alarm lock system, external lighting for added security, and internal locks to secure the van from the inside.

Additionally, a bike rack with a lock is available for safely transporting your bicycles, and the skybunk also features a lock which must be secured before driving.

Services Available:
Tank Dumping: Not included in the setup fee. Available for $100 if pre-arranged; $150 if not.

Refueling Service: Please return the Pathfinder with a full gas tank. If unable, a $30 service fee plus the cost of fuel applies.

Pet Policy:
• We welcome your dog for a one-time fee of $150. Please keep pets off the seats and bedding to maintain cleanliness.

Care Instructions:
• Keep Pathfinder pristine by washing off any mud, grime, or bugs at a self-service car wash—avoid drive-throughs due to the van’s height.
• Ensure proper ventilation by using the fan and opening windows when cooking inside.

Rental Terms:
Pick-Up and Drop-Off Times: Standard pick-up is at 3 PM, and drop-off is by 11 AM. Early pick-up or late drop-off is available as an add-on, subject to our confirmation and availability.

No Smoking: Strictly prohibited to ensure the health and comfort of all our guests.

Travel Restrictions: No off-road travel to prevent damage and ensure your safety.

Lost Key Charge: $250.

Cleaning Policy: A minimum cleaning fee of $200 applies if excessive cleaning is needed, with an additional $100 for each hour beyond two hours. Severe cases requiring professional cleaning will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
