DAMAGE DEPOSIT: [500.00$] is required and refundable, collected two days prior to the rental start date in a separate transaction from the initial reservation. This is refunded after you bring the RV back on time, in the same condition it went out.
CANCELLATION: We get it, life happens, and sometimes you have to cancel. We’re just as bummed as you are. The renter may receive a FULL refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental, MINUS a 35.00$ booking fee. 50% refund of money collected within 29-14 days of rental, no refund within 14 days of rental.
