Description
There are specific rates for Burning Man:
$225 per day, five day minimum
Cleaning fee of $600 - the dust gets Everywhere and is corrosive, so even the underside will need a detail - basically it has to go on a lift in addition to the extensive detail required. I could reduce the fee to $300 if no additional *interior* detailing is needed.
Security deposit of $3000.
Diver needs to be verified before booking is confirmed.
There's a 30x65" bed area in the rear, with storage underneath. The bed folds up to create a couch, either facing the interior, or the exterior. The bed would be extremely cozy for two, so I'd recommend a sleeping bag on the floor for a second person.
Amenities feature a pull-out sink and stove out the rear doors; a 7 gal gravity fed water tank and a connection for city water - there is no gray water tank; and a 26qt refrigerator between the seats. There is a bucket you can use for gray water, and in a pinch, as a "self contained" toilet with absorbent material and compostable bags. The gray water drain hose has to be connected manually to the sink, unless you want to wash the bumper and your feet with mostly ok water.
There is a 110VAC shore power connection for the air conditioner and a 3-outlet 110VAC plug in the interior. The 14VDC coach system runs the interior lighting, fridge, and USB & 12VDC charging receptacles. There is a switch for a small coach battery and it can also be run on the chassis battery, or both. The system is Manual so there exists the possibility of draining the chassis battery. If this happens the van won't start, but it can charge all the batteries if plugged into 110VAC. Portable generator available on request, but it won't start the air conditioner.
