Our luxury camper vans are packed with features you won't find anywhere else. This includes 5G internet, a full kitchen and bathroom with running, hot water, a queen size bed, gas heater, and a luxury, farmhouse style.
Our pricing and service is even better. Our goal is to provide a stress-free trip; recognizing that our guests have busy schedules, flights to catch, and adventures to get to, which is why we offer check-in and check-out times all day between 9AM and 5PM. Our pickup and dropoff location is conveniently located near Seatac airport in Kent, Wa.
Our key features:
Full Kitchen - The kitchen includes a 2 burner induction stove, 130L countertop height refrigerator and freezer, Keurig coffee maker, full size kitchen sink, cookware, and utensils.
Full Bathroom - You won't compromise hygiene in our vans. Stay fresh with complimentary Beekman 1802 products and enjoy a hot shower after a long hike, plenty of fresh water, and a private area to relieve yourself.
Queen Size BED - Sleep soundly on a hotel quality queen 5” memory foam mattress, which is the same width as a queen but the length of a full size mattress.
Work From Anywhere - A T-Mobile and/or Verizon 5G Hotspot and our commercial fleet WiFi Booster keeps you connected on the go.
55" Projector - Stream your favorite movies and shows in style. Our vans feature a hidden, automated, drop-down projector along with a 55" projector and integrated Chromecast.
Climate Control - No need to bundle up, a forced air heating system and best-in-class insulation (we use the same insulation as Arc'teryx, just more of it) keep you warm at night in the winter. For the summer, our vent fan will provide plenty of air circulation to keep you cool.
Storage - We feature a large kitchen cabinet, 6 pullout cabinets, 6 upper cabinets, and a 2 cubic foot storage unit under the bed for your valuables.
Instagram Worthy Design - Our vans will feel like home with our cozy, modern farmhouse style. Don't settle for less when you can camp in a luxury home on wheels.
What's included
We include fresh linens, pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, cutting board, Kuerig K cups, creamer, cups, mugs, shampoo, condition, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, mini broom, camping chairs, leveling blocks, and a projector.
We also offer free amenities that you can add-on to your reservation (e.g. tire chains).
Recommendations
Our vans were built for boondocking with a view.
To go off grid we have 300 amp hours of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePo4) batteries, 800W of solar power, batteries that charge as you drive, 44 gallons of water, and a dry flush toilet.
We also have 5 bunk windows providing you with views almost everywhere you look.
Other things to note
We love our vans, but also recognize they come with limitations you may not be used to with #vanlife. We highlight what you may not be used to with a campervan below:
1. Embrace minimalism: We recommend you pack light (backpacks and duffle bags, not suit cases). Although we have more storage than most Class B vehicles, you will be surprised at how quickly you fill it.
2. Get used to tiny living: The ceilings are 6'2" tall, the shower is 24" wide, 32" long, and 5'10" tall, and the bed is about 5" shorter than a normal queen. Showering and going to the bathroom is a bit less comfortable than you may be used to and if you are over 6' tall and if you are over 6'2" you may need to sleep at a slight angle.
3. Power and water are essential: Although our vans are built specifically for boondocking and feature industry leading power and water systems, you should always be conscious of your usage. With average use, 44 gallons of water (more than double the standard campervan) will last 5-7 days and our 300ah Lithium batteries (triple the capacity of a standard campervan) will last 5-7 days before needing to be charged, which is as simple as driving the vehicle, finding sunlight, or plugging into a power source.
Note - There will be slight design differences across our vans (minor colors, decor, etc.), however, we try to maintain an identical experience across our vehicles.
FAQs:
1. What time can I pick up and drop off my van?
We are the only campervan company to offer pickup and drop-off between 9am and 5pm without charging additional fees. We ask you communicate when you'd like to pick up and drop off your van at least 3 days ahead of your pick/drop-off so we can plan accordingly.
2. What are your cleaning procedures?
We include freshly cleaned linens and kitchenware with every trip that have been washed under high heat. We thoroughly clean the entire van prior to your trip using a combination of AirBnB, Outdoorsy, and hotel best practices. This includes proper ventilation for at least 12 hours prior to your trip, approved disinfectants in the cab and house, sanitization of the cab and high-touch surfaces (switches, remotes, keys, etc.) immediately prior to your trip,
3. Do you charge any fees for mileage?
We include 150 miles per day with your rental (50% more than most campervans) and charge $0.42 per mile driven beyond that (e.g. a 7 night, 8 day trip will have 1,200 miles included). We do not monitor each individual day, but the beginning and ending mileage.
4. How is the internet?
We provide a 5G hotspot with unlimited business data plans for our guests. This hotspot will be either a T-Mobile hotspot. To improve the internet further, our vans feature a built-in commercial fleet cellular booster, the same used in most emergency vehicles to provide optimal internet/cellular availability. We invest heavily in our data plans, however, are dependent on the coverage of each carrier. Although internet has been sufficient for most renters, we recommend guests to plan accordingly by checking T-Mobile coverage maps and validating coverage if you have critical meetings or need to remain connected.
5. What's the best way to check internet coverage, plan water fills, and find great boondocking spots?
We recommend downloading the FreeRoam app in the App Store or Google Play store. This is our favorite app for boondocking and has great crowdsourced filters and recommendations.
6. What is boondocking?
Boondocking is dispersed camping with limitless possibilities. Our vans have been built specifically for this purpose with some of the largest water and power systems you can find (more double the water you'll find in a Winnebago Solis, triple the usable power and solar power, and dry-flush toilets requiring far less maintenance/emptying).
7. What kind of toilet do you have?
We have what we considered the cleanest, easiest toilet for vanlife. Our toilets are called Dry Flush toilets and you can think of them as adult versions of a diaper genie. You get ~17 flushes per cartridge, multiple cartridges are provided for your trip, the cartridges are smell free once flushed, and they are easy and clean to dispose of. We will include a how-to video prior to your trip, however, you can Google "Dry Flush Toilet" if you are interested in learning more. We've done our fair share of testing on this one (not recommended) and learned other options, specifically the cassette and composting toilets you find in most other vans get messy, smelling, and just plain gross - this is the last thing we want for our guests.
8. Will the vehicle have any issues? If so, what do we do?
Although issues are not common for our vans, as with any rental vehicle, they can occur. We take pride in the fact that we only purchase brand new vehicles, direct from the dealership (no salvaged titles here), and maintain a perfect service record with the dealership. For the house of the van, we are a professional campervan builder that uses only industry leading parts and follows RV electrical and plumbing code. If you do run into issues, we offer direct phone support to help you get back on the road Asap. This is all we do and your experience is our top priority. We believe that starts with a well-built campervan and ends with the best customer support.
