It has a lot of storage; a 3 burner stove; a refrigerator that runs on gas or electricity; off road tires and a raised chassis; the shower recycles the hot water until it is at the right temperature, so you don’t waste any water; you can play a dvd right in the tv; it has a Wi-Fi booster; the windows have roller shades..lots of amenities in a compact trailer.
