Description
This is a 2020 Sprinter 4x4 high-roof, 144 wheelbase. It has everything you'd want for a week or a weekend. Adventures are always better with great sleep and lots of food...as such, this van has a full home-size 80x60, 8 inch deep, queen memory foam mattress and a big dual-zone 65 liter fridge with a real freezer. Couples & tall folks will love not having to sacrifice sleeping space (most vans and even RV's have pretty small sleep areas).
Update for 6.1.2024 - there is new roof rack replacing the rack in most of these pictures (until I can go camping and get some nice nature pictures added). The rack is lighter, longer, and better. I have removed the large "road shower" from the roof and I will not be putting it back on - the van is safer and handles better without the weight of all that water stored so high up on the roof...
You'll find a large storage area under the bed with a few compartments, drawers inside, along with a galley with 10 gallons of running water and a full kitchen setup with all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils you'll need, plus disposable bamboo plates and biodegradable silverware ready for you as well.
You'll have a case full of handy camp/hike gear and "in case you forgot" items like sunscreen.
The van has 2000 watts of power, household 120v outlets, USB outlets, a roof fan/vent, 300 watts of solar, and 300 amp-hours (that's a lot) of lithium deep cycle batteries to power it all. If it's cloudy, the lithium battery system can also recharge via alternator with the flip of a switch.
There is a warm, pressurized rooftop shower system for cleaning up.
Everything is simple to learn and use, and it truly has everything you'd want for a camping getaway. The walk-thru only takes 15 minutes, and I have an extensive list of gear and extras I can load to personalize your trip. No nickel & diming for add-ons - it's $1 to load up extra gear on the booking options. If I can help you by having anything loaded & ready- just request, and it'll be waiting for you.
The van gets 16-18 mpg, and there is a real 4wd system. Easy to drive, fun to use, and I'm here for you if I can help in any way! Thanks for looking!
Final note - I know the "overlanding" thing is trending, and I'm a Jeep/FJ guy myself, but please don't be terribly ambitious with anything off-road. We'll both take insurance pics of the undercarriage pre-trip ;-)
