2021 Light House *with 400 watts Solar!

This is a one-of-a-kind custom cargo trailer camper conversion. The trailer is all aluminum and 7.5 x 14 feet long with + 2 feet for the V-nose. It weighs 3620 lbs with water and a tongue weight of 400 lbs. (I went to CAT scale) It’s the perfect camper for couples or + kids.

It comes with 1 1/4” Foam insulation with foil barrier on the walls and ceiling, 2” foam insulation on the floor, an Electric Tilting Full size Bed (56”x80”) and a Slim Twin size bed underneath. 32”x32” shower stall, RV Foot Flush Toilet, Farmhouse Sink with Butcher Black Counter, LED dimmable strips lights, LED puck lights, GreenPan Induction Cooktop, Retro Refrigerator / Freezer, Retro Microwave, Instant hot water heater, 10,000 BTU Air Conditioner, Olympian Wave 6 Catalytic Heater, Maxx Air Roof Fan, 32” Samsung Smart TV, Dust Buster Mini Vacuum.

400 Ah Lithium Batteries with 400 Watts Solar Panels and 2000 Watt Inverter its will power the whole trailer except the AC. Along with a Samsung tablet to monitor all the power and propane.

25 Gallon Fresh Water Tank, 30 30-gallon gray Water Tank, 15 Gallon Black Water Tank, 11 lbs propane Tank, Electric tongue Jack, Exterior LED Lights, Cargo door screen.

Kitchen fully equipped with plates, bowls, cups, and silverware for 4, cooking utensils/knives, cutting board, pots & pans

The trailer takes a 7-pin connection for lights/brakes.
(A brake controller is strongly recommended for this trailer’s electric breaks, I got one for you if you don't have a brake controller)
