New air-conditioner for the warmer months runs off shore power or solar system (does not require shore power but only lasts 6 hours or so on solar). Bosch hot water heater for sink & indoor shower also run off solar/car battery system. No propane or shore power needed for multiple days at a time - you can easily boondock without worrying about a campsite! Super stealth profile with black-out window covers.

The van is extremely easy to drive, and fits in a regular parking spot (20' long).
