Renter responsibilities:
-Dispose of toilet waste (both compartments - $200 fee applied if not cleaned thoroughly)
-Vehicle must be returned with full tank of diesel (fee applied if not)
-Gray water tank must be emptied (fee applied if not)
-Pet friendly ($50 fee for excessive pet hair)
-Extra $100 cleaning charge added for vehicle returned in poor cleanliness condition.
