1993 Toyota Town Ace (JET)

JET is a 1993 Toyota Town Ace campervan. The van is an automatic transmission so its easy to drive, is 2 wheel drive and runs on diesel. It's great on fuel as well, getting about 20-25 miles per gallon. Originally converted by Yokohama Motor Sales Co. Ltd. in Japan as a "Manatee" camping model, Ruro Motorworks (IG: @ruro_motorworks) took this platform and added modern conveniences and updated its aesthetic. It's also worth noting that since this van came from Japan, the steering wheel is on the right side of the vehicle. Don't worry, its easy enough to get used to within a 10 minute orientation or its most basic, the van has a 2 burner propane stove, cold and hot indoor sink, awning, refrigerator (110v, 12v), propane parking heater, Marshall bluetooth speaker, and is equipped with a 10" entertainment console for movies/tv shows and also operates apple carplay or android auto for music and navigation. The van is also unique in that it has a full (small) bathroom equipped with hot shower, sink and cartridge toilet. If you struggle to get out of bed in the morning, don't worry as we also include a burr grinder and french press for your morning brew! JET sleeps up to 4 adults, 2-3 downstairs where the bench seating converts into a full size bed, and 1 in a makeshift bunk bed. The van is also outfitted with silverware, dinnerware, cookware, cooking utensils, sleeping bags and mats, Pendleton pillows and blankets. Everything you need to enjoy your time wherever you end up! Just stock the fridge and dry food storage and head out!
