Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with a small family, the Cozy Carefree Popper is a fantastic addition to any vehicle! This lightweight pop-up camper accommodates up to 6 guests and is easy to tow by any vehicle with a hitch. Its compact size (just 12 ft. long when closed) expands to 17 ft. with two bed slide-outs, providing ample space for everyone.

Due to Limited space, this full-service rental includes:
Keurig, all dinnerware, cookware, kitchenware (plates, regular and coffee cups, bowls, utensils, pots and pans, etc.), towels, washcloths, hand towels, sheets, pillows, extra blankets, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, cleaning supplies, and first aid kit.

We prefer this rental be pick-up only, but delivery and setup can be arranged for an additional fee


Important Rental Information – Please Read Before Booking
*NO Pets on furniture or carpeted areas – Stains, mud, or pet odors will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
*Unapproved Pets are Prohibited.
*Occupancy: Rental pricing includes up to 4 people (double sleeping occupancy). Festival rentals include only 2 people (double sleeping occupancy). Additional guests will incur extra charges.
*Festival Rentals: Festivals or any large gatherings have different rules, pricing, security deposits, and provided items. Please contact us before booking for a tailored quote and complete information.


Sewer & Water Fees:
*No sewer hook-up or self-dumping capability? Dump Fee Required.
*No water hook-up or self-filling capability? Fresh Water Fill Fee Required.


*Smoking is strictly Prohibited in all rentals. Violation will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.


*Toilet Usage: Only the provided RV toilet paper and waste may be flushed. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items – this will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.


What IS Provided IN Every Rental: Keurig with hot cocoa, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, special RV toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, Smart TVs, outdoor mat, cleaning products, etc. Leave all your extras at home!


*Rental Pick-UPS: Do NOT receive a stocked coffee bar, welcome snacks, or any setup cozy extras.


Additional Fees:

*Early Check-in (before 3:00 PM) and Late Check-out (after 11:00 AM) are available for an additional fee.


*Outdoor Essentials Package (grill, propane, table, chairs, blankets) available upon request.
