This is a custom built camper van with high roof and roomy interior. Great setup for exploring Colorado and surrounding states to hike, bike, ski/snowboard, or hit the hot springs! Pets welcome! Features comfortable sleeping arrangements for 2, outdoor heated shower, kitchen sink, refrigerator, portable butane cookstove, compostable toilet, heater, and tons of storage underneath for all of your adventure gear (including 2 bike mounts). Van is also stocked with kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies, clean sheets and pillows, first aid supplies - everything you need.

* 4 season ready (Note: Promaster vans are not 4-wheel drive so keep to paved or dirt roads. No off-roading)
* 2000Wh Power Station with 400 amp hours and 12 volt battery storage; sourced by solar (800 watts), inverter (3000 watts), and shore power
* Espar Airtronic M2 B4L heater (works well in altitude)
* Dometic Fan-Tastic Vent Fan (with Overland Screens air vents for front window for full van air circulation)
* Outdoor shower (Camplux 1.32 GPM Propane Portable Tankless Water Heater)
* Sink with electric pump (cold water only; hot water available from the shower hose)
* Trobolo WandaGO Lite Smart Composting Toilet
* Dometic CFX3 Refridgerator
* Portable 1 burner butane camp stove (Eureka! Sprk)
* Bug screens for slider door and back doors, with magnetic door opening (Bugwall screen for slider and Yotache for back door).
* Driver and passenger seats swivel, with tables that pop up on both sides for dining.
* LED dimmable lights

* Fan over the bed and phone charging cords that extend into the bed area (for overnight charging).

Please note that pick up and drop-off times are negotiable and may need to be adjusted if the van has a quick turn-around. We will communicate clearly about this prior to my accepting a booking request. I enjoy being able to give the van a little early at pick up or to allow you to hang on to it an extra hour or two before dropping it off if the schedule allows for it. Sometimes I simply need it back by a certain time to have it ready for the next person!
