Tiny House on Wheels Glamper / Glamping Trailer, A

This beautiful tiny house on wheels (Thow) glamper / glamping trailer was finished just this year. When we take this tiny house / glamping trailer camping, the compliments are endless from neighbors, fellow campers, campsite hosts, boaters passing by, park rangers, and motorists on the roads. The rustic modern style makes it fit in anywhere.

The exterior is made of spalted poplar and beetle kill pine. The interior is a mixture of live edge cedar, spalted poplar and beetle kill pine. The sofa folds out to a comfortable queen sized bed. It is fully insulated and has double pane windows.

Of the 4 types of tiny houses in GA, this glamping trailer falls under category #1, recreational vehicles. From the State of Georgia tiny house fact sheet, "Tiny homes that are built on a utility trailer chassis with wheels are often referred to as Tiny Homes on Wheels (Thows).
Remaining in a mobile-ready state, they are wheeled vehicles which do not fall within the scope of state’s building codes.
Thow’s are typically classified as recreational vehicles or park models." Their use falls under ordinances for RV's.

It does not have a shower or a toilet. You can buy your own 5-6 gallon RV toilet on Amazon for around $100 and smaller ones for less. In the addons, I have provided the option to just buy the RV toilet directly from me. With the toilet addon, the provided toilet will become the property of the renter and can be used for future camping.
