(Happened to us 2 times).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHas nice pop up internal structure (ribs) and stakes for fly net. Those are placed in pre drilled holes along bottom frame. So set up is about 10 minutes. We hung lights and other items to tent structure. Ladder is attached and telescoping.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMattress is pretty comfortable and thick. Most of the width is the really comfortable mattress.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eUnzip and velcro the top synthetic leather bag; roll the bag up and store with built in strap. Flip the platform out and drop the ladder. Lock it and walk up to the zippered entrance. Unzip window, use stakes to secure the rain fly (windows placed to let sun into tent). All for sides have mesh windows that can be opened. Rain fly fully removes if needed.
