It has two mounting locations on each arm, for a total of 12 mounting locations.  The bed rack is designed to be able to be used on a truck with a roof rack, so it's slightly taller than roof rack height to account for the bed twisting while offroad, therefore the tent will clear the roof rack properly.  Its designed specifically to be used on a 3RD GEN TACOMA (2016-2023), and mounts directly to the bed rails.
