Original owner was from Las Vegas so there is zero rust. We purchased it 5 years ago with 90,000 miles and it has been great for us but we purchased a newer camping car and no longer need it around. In 2019 I replaced the alternator at Peterson Toyota and the tech commented on how great the car was mechanically. Doesn't leak or burn any oil. Every time I've changed the the oil it has always been in the exact same spot on the dipstick. Other than the alternator going out I haven't had to do anything other than routine maintenance. I would think this is one of the cleaner early FJs around.
