I had it taken to be plastic welded last summer, and haven't had any issues since then. It's been fully waterproof, though I notably haven't had it out in any torrential downpours or anything.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHas a cushion inside, super comfortable.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt has mounting rails on the bottom, but you'll need to replace the mounting hardware that slide into it — I accidentally left these in the vehicle when it sold.
