Tent will come with 3 GFC universal cross bars, mantis ladder, 3 awning mounts, and the original mattress. Will not come with top cross bars or solar panels.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e*CONS*\u003cbr\u003eExterior of the tent itself is in good condition, but the back corners of the tent, the keder rods slid out of the tracks a little bit and the previous owner cut the extra part of the rod so the fabric is not completely sealed. I can send photos of the areas that are unsealed.
