When opened, it does very well in the rain, especially with the rainfly installed. I’ve camped without the rainfly plenty of times as well. All zippers work well.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFull disclosure: the camper has some minor water intrusion when closed during heavier rain. Both side windows can seep slightly, and there is a small gap at the front where the canvas can allow some water in if it isn’t packed tightly when closing the camper. When opened, the tent stays largely dry and does very well in the rain, particularly with the included rainfly installed.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eExterior dimensions are approximately 81” L x 74” W.
