1991-toyota-land-cruiser-83631
1991 Toyota Land Cruiser

Up for sale: My 1991 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ80 It has 149,171 miles on the odometer (verified by CarFax). I just picked this rig up in San Jose, California in late May. My intention was to keep it forever, but a life change forces sale. I have a clean title in-hand in my name. Oregon tags are good through 6/2028.

I am asking $19,500. I am not in a big hurry, so I am fairly firm on the price (I have more into it than I am asking).

It has had no accidents. It’s in pretty darn good shape for a 35-year-old truck. It spent the majority of its life in San Luis Obispo, California where it was regularly serviced.

A video walk-around of the rig can be found here:

I just had a post-purchase inspection performed by Landcruiser NW (while in for the alternator). It came back with flying colors. Engine compression across all 6 cylinders is 155 psi. Only notes were that the steering box has a small leak and the front of the engine oil pan gasket also has a small leak.

All windows work. A/C works. Moonroof works. All lights work. Rear seat heat works. Nothing, as far as I can recall right now, is inoperable on this rig.

Recent maintenance and modifications (under my ownership):
- New alternator (work performed by Landcrusier NW)
- 4WD service (new gear oil in front and rear differentials and transfercase)
- Sony XAV-AX6000 stereo head unit installed
- New windshield gasket
- New OEM windshield wiper arms (front and rear) and wiper blades
- Window Rocket (speeds up factory window motors) installed
- Fifteen52 Analog HD wheels in 16x7.5”
- Yokohama Geolandar M/T G003 tires in 255/85R16 (~33.2x9.9”)
- Bell Fabrication 80 Series Land Cruiser - Interior Tire Carrier V2
- New OEM second-row dome light
- New dash cover
- New OEM center HVAC vents (the originals were floppy)
- New OEM passenger sideview mirror (original was broken)
- Factory roof rack removed
- Front-end alignment performed in late May by Wanderlust Overland

Recent maintenance (under previous ownership)
- New OEM engine mounts
- New transmission mount
- New OEM front CV axles
- New OEM front brakes
- Transmission fluid flush
- New OEM radiator

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
