No bathroom available inside this trailer. You don’t have to worry about emptying out any tanks. In additions to the traditional 4 person dinette that converts to a bed, it has been updated with a mini-dinette for two that converts into a flat platform for one small person to sleep(Instead of the large front closet.) No cushions for it yet but I will update this description as any updates are made to this trailer. It operates on electric at the camp site or battery when traveling but battery will not hold the charge long. At this time it is Only electric power at the campsite. All original paperwork and user manuals available at your fingertips in a three ring binder. Very easy to tow at only thirteen feet long but be ready to pass a backing test when you pick it up. Please only rent this if you have towing experience.
It uses a 2 inch ball and tows at a height of 18 inches. 950 is the dry weight of the camper. That is how I tow it with by 2021 Subaru.
It has a 7 pin connector but I have a 4 prong adapter. It IS equipped with electric brakes. I do NOT have a controller available. It is light enough that I have no trouble with this set up. I tow it empty with my Subaru.
