Also has Big Green Egg Mini Max grill, ClimateRight heat/AC unit w/remote & flex duct connections to tent. Also has stabilizer jacks for the rear of the trailer, and a rear mounted, swing-out spare tire carrier. The covers on the tent and awning have been replaced due to age & wear.
