Rigid Armor tire carrier, specifically the Tacoma model but it will fit pretty much anything. You can replace the wheel mount easily, it is set up for 6 Lug Toyota wheels.
I did have to weld an extension in for it to clear my armored rear bumper, but it is solid as heck. I never got around to painting it before my truck was totalled.
