Description
2000 Toyota Land Cruiser
Factory Center Locking Differential
Purchased to build out as a desert rig, life (and parking situation) changed so project went a different direction.
Fresh BFG KO2 tires, ARB Front Bumper, OME 2" Lift, new LED headlights, struts on rear door replaced, fresh wipers, seals are watertight, dark tinted windows, sunroof works great. Just replaced the radiator. Towing hitch.
Body is in good shape with typical dings, some scratches, minor surface rust by rear windows, not pristine but totally functional, it's 24 years old but well cared for.
Interior is in incredible shape, great leather condition, clean carpets. Seatbelts for 5 people. No third row seats but they're easy to get if you need them.
Hood struts need to be replaced(I usually just propped it up when filling windshield fluid, antenna is broken but with carplay wasn't an issue.
Apple/Android Carplay wired for a kenwood touchscreen, USB Power cable hardwired as well worked great for my needs.
It's a blast to drive, I moved and have limited parking so I can't keep it around. It's a turnkey adventure mobile! Clear Title in hand, could either sign over at County Treasurer/Title office or bank.
Would be a phenomenal first car for a student driver(I might be biased as mine was an 80 series cruiser) super fun project to continue to build out if that's your goal, valley car to get you where you need to go, awesome to get to trail heads in the summer and drives great in the worst winter conditions you can imagine. BFGKO2 are a great tire year around. These 100 series are all over town for good reason, they're beasts, safe, and fun to drive.
