This is a great accessory if you camp in more shaded wooded areas and need the additional length to use the kits more effectively. Both extension cables are the same wire gauge. Choose Non-UV-coated if the cable will not be left out for more than a couple weeks a year and more flexible cables are desired. Coated UV is better suited for long term exposure to the sun but is less flexible. Both extensions come with red Anderson type SB50 ends. If you need gray ends please specify in the memo section at checkout and we will happily swap them out.
