This is a Go Fast Camper (GFC) V2 camper shell + roof top tent.

It's for a Ford F150 5.5 foot bed. Specifically it came off a 2012. If you're not sure if it will fit your truck check with GFC, I don't know what other years it will fit but I suspect many other years.
It's in great shape. It includes the following:
- 2 tent side doors (adds an extra $500 to price when buying new)
- 3 beef bars (Go Fast roof cross bars)
- Aluminum molle panel for additional storage
- max trax roof mount
- LED lighting strips all through the interior
- Overland Softgoods foam inserts to make the bed more comfortable
