This tent is in great shape, we have only slept in it 6 nights total. It’s been stored in the garage, hoisted up to the ceiling when not in use (see 4th photo) so it hasn’t been out exposed to the elements. Annex is brand new in the box, never used. Easily sleeps a family of 4, or a couple with plenty of extra space. Mattress size is 75x93 inches. Total cost of these two on Amazon is 1328 for the tent and 362 for the annex. Looking for 1100 for the two. Make me an offer.
