Perfect condition - We used is two different times for a total of 3 nights. Life changes and we need to get rid of it. It's a great tent, we had two adults and a kid in there plus all our gear. You can leave a couple blankets or sleeping bags in it so you don't have to role everything up every time. No animals were in it, smoke free, and no spills. No tears, rips, or broken parts. It's basically new. I have all the pieces and poles. Currently going for $1300 on amazon.
