Smittybilt Overland XL Rooftop Tent WITH ANNEXT

If you want to roof-top tent, this is your setup. 

This is the Smittybilt Overland XL (extra large) tent that takes maybe 3-5 minutes to setup completely. This is in excellent condition and has been very well cared for. Only taken on maybe 7 or 8 trips. 

INCLUDED is the Overland Annex Room, which makes it completely enclosed to the ground. So you enter the annex room (which has doors and windows itself) to get to the ladder into the tent. So it's like a mud room to your tent, Plenty of room to keep all your stuff in the annex room and not have to take it into the tent. The Annex has a floor just like a tent, so it makes everything enclosed. The Annex is a MUST HAVE addition. Amazing. Annex was only used twice. Perfect condition. 

ALSO - I've upgraded the ladder to a telescoping latter for way more flexibility and function (not shown in pictures. Never used it yet). The tent was $1,400. The Annex was $500. The ladder was over $100.

For asking price I'll also throw in extras like a dome light, battery pack for LED lights inside tent, air mattress that I put UNDER the tent mattress to make it VERY comfortable, and more, and teach you the expert tricks of being a true Overlander.
