MOVING ACROSS COUNTRY- MUST SELL !!!!

MIA powder coated aluminum clamshell style 3-person roof top tent.

Excellent condition! Well-loved and maintained. Very similar to the original Roofnest Falcon XL.

-Approx. 84" long x 57" wide and 7" tall when closed without the roof racks, or 8.5" tall with the roof racks
-Comes with metal cross bars/roof racks to transport additional gear on top of the tent while it's closed (such as a canoe, paddle boards, gear box, etc).
-Powder coated aluminum (not plastic) makes it very durable (and yes, I used to go through the automatic car washes with this on my vehicle).
-Fits 2 people plus a dog or small child VERY comfortably
-Includes mattress plus additional gel memory foam mattress topper that I added for extra comfort = a great night's sleep :)
-includes expandable ladder and all tools needed to mount to your vehicle
-tent comes insulated (perfect for winter camping!), with additional mesh gear net on the inside, small battery powered light strip and additional string lights (need new batteries) that I hung, and a plastic shoe storage bag
-3 large openings, all with screens, make it easy to load into/out of, whether that's dogs or people
-all you have to do is pop the two latches and the gas struts will do the heavy lifting for you in opening the tent, and you're basically ready to camp!
-tent is lockable with a key when closed

-Pickup near Sloan's Lake, Denver, CO 80204. MUST bring at least one other person with you to pick up. It's 160lbs. I can not help load.
