It works great! We just took a 10 day trip through California and this was how we kept our food refrigerated it in our van. We are only selling because we got another one that was supposed to arrive before we left for our trip but ended up getting delayed so we had to quickly buy this one locally the day we left. It's only been used for the one trip so it is in like new condition. It has a plug for the cigarette lighter in your car or a regular outlet in your house.
