Rhino Rack Rooftop awning

Bought this about 2 years ago, but have only used it twice. I am a 5ft5 female and setting it up on my truck by myself is extremely difficult. The awning is in great condition and tall (picture of two 6ft tall men standing beneath). Rhino rack has a great reputation for their products, and they tend to last a while. 
Selling to help pay some vet bills, asking $200 OBO.
